The Black Beauty arrives from Karl to be Sodablasted. After the blasting and rust removal process, an epoxy sealer is applied inside and out to protect the bare metal.
The painstaking bodywork procedure begins on the Black Beauty to re-create what Dean Jeffries did 40 years ago.
Now begins the paint & finish stage. 3 coats of Sikkens Jet Black covered with 5 coats of Sikkens Clear; Cut & Buffed to a deep mirror finish.
